New Business

Some of you know that I started selling Demarle at Home in December. It is silicone and woven glass cookware and kitchen tools - not to be confused with Pampered Chef or the blue and red silicone bakeware. They are completely different! Anyway, I am loving it! You may have seen it on Martha Stewart, Cheesecake Factory, Subway sandwich shops (the wavy stuff they cook their bread on), or other restaurants. It's professional cookware that is now available for home use. My sister-in-law told me about it and I am so glad she did. It is so much fun. I love playing around with the trays and molds and making all my regular food look gourmet. If any of you are interested in checking it out, you can see it at www.demarleathome.com. It's so easy to clean up that I am actually cooking more too. For the first time we made lasagna and cinnamon rolls without scrubbing the pan. Here's a new fun recipe that I made in my mini muffin tray for all of you to try:

French Toast Bites

6 pieces bread cubed

6 eggs

1 C. milk

½ C. syrup

¼ tsp. cinnamon

dash of nutmeg

Mix above ingredients and let sit for 5 minutes. Place in mini muffin tray and bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees. Leftovers can be frozen and thawed to eat again later!

April, we have to talk more about this. I have been looking for some business to do from home.
